Cayman Islands New Restructuring Regime: An Onshore Perspective

This article looks at the long-awaited changes to the Cayman Islands statutory corporate rescue regime and why, despite Cayman establishing itself as a leading offshore jurisdiction for international corporate restructurings, these proposed changes are so important if Cayman is to be able to continue to capitalize on its success.
